Teagle Tomahawk 6100H Compact bale processor

Teagle Tomahawk 6100H Compact bale processor

Effortless bedding and straw savings

The increasing popularity of compact pivot / telescopic handlers and skid steers on farms reflects their ease of use and accessibility in many livestock applications from beef and dairy to equine and pigs.

Designed specifically for smaller enterprises where there has been no alternative to bedding by hand due to access or handler limitations, Teagle are launching the brand-new hydraulic drive Tomahawk 6100H.

The Tomahawk 6100H builds on the reputation and technical expertise developed in the Telehawk model, now the Tomahawk 6200H, and offers the same convenience, coupling up in around 60 seconds, and 30% straw savings over manual bedding.

The Tomahawk 6100H has been designed for loaders with a lift capacity of 1.2-1.3t, and minimum hydraulic flow from 40-50 l/min. It has capacity for one 1.5m (5ft) round bale, or half a rectangular bale, and will blow straw up to 12m.

As standard the Tomahawk 6100H features WiFi Control of the 280° swivel chute (Hardox® included) and a start/stop fan to pause processing. Load-sensing on the crossbeater automatically reverses the bed chain to ensure an even flow of material.

Options include extension sides and a hydraulic bale clamp with WiFi control so the operator can stay in the handler seat when loading.

Handler brackets are available for most brands, with a Euro 8 bracket making the machine suitable for Tractor front end loaders. In addition, a 3 point linkage bracket is available for smaller tractors, as well as a Skid Steer plate.

The Tomahawk 6100H will be on farm from Spring 2025.
